Toque White Floating Shelf Entertainment Wall
An updated, functional home entertainment solution for your living room or family room. The combination of floating cabinetry and wall shelves provides plenty of space for you to store electronics anything else you need to make this area the focal point of your home. Enjoy watching the big game on your flat screen TV, which can be hung atop the Toque White color ship lap wall. To make it simple, we provide a TV jack along with an electrical receptacle. You can choose your cabinet color/ style and counter top to personalize this option and make it your own.
DumaWall PVC Tile Shower
Available in the “Wind Gust” color. Shades of brown and gray work together to create an elegant addition to your bathroom. The 36” x 60” shower base is made of durable and repairable fiberglass. The PVC tile installed on the walls are tongue and groove so they fit together seamlessly to create a professionally finished look. A Dreamline brand “Sapphire” clear glass, bypass door is included. This shower can be installed in virtually any bathroom.
Raised Hearth Arctic White Ceramic Tile Fireplace
This contemporary fireplace surround is a great addition to any home. The clean, crisp 3” x 6” Arctic White tile on the face of the surround complements any décor. The 8” knotty pine mantle finished with an Early American Minwax stain provides ample space for you to display treasured photos and baubles. Toque White color ship lap is installed on the wall above the mantle and on the sides of the surrounding fireplace wall. A Toque White color ceramic raised hearth box provides the perfect finishing touch. We offer either wood burning or gas burning fire boxes. Feel free to add a TV jack and electrical receptacle above the mantle so you are ready to install your favorite flat screen.

We are now offering a 22 cubic foot bottom freezer refrigerator made by Whirlpool. This Energy Star qualified unit has a bottom freezer drawer and a single top door refrigerator. It is available in white, black, and stainless steel. You can purchase the appliance individually or in a package. Information on each package is available on the Appliances page.

Exterior Options
The “Resort” Exterior Package
Give your home a cute, beachy feel and make it stand out from the rest. This package includes vinyl shakes and vertical siding. The maintenance free vinyl shakes are installed in the gable area above the porch. Vertical siding is installed on the gable end of your home from the top of the porch ceiling to the bottom of the windows. The rest of the home will have traditional siding on it. Choose your own color combination and make it your own. Add optional window grids, vinyl porch railing, composite decking, and a painted front door to complete the look.
